Based on EN853: 2015, the outer layer of the Super Hercules low bending hose series is reciprocated at a frequency of 1.25HZ under 25N gravity according to the method specified in the GB/T 12721-2007/ ISO6945: 1991 inspection standard. In the abrasion test, the quality loss of the outer layer material under 2000 cycles is compared, and the outer layer of the Super Hercules low-bending hose is divided into the following three types:
- Standard outer layer:Oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant and weather-resistant synthetic rubber;
- Abrasion Resistance (AR) outer layer:The wear-resistant quality loss is 1/7 of that of the standard tube outer layer, that is, its wear resistance coefficient is 7 times that of the standard outer layer. Wear-resistant AR outer hose is suitable for relatively harsh environment;
- Super abrasion resistance SAR (Super >Abrasion Resistance>) outer layer:Using UHMWPE outer layer, the quality loss of outer layer material under 2000 cycles is 0. Super wear-resistant SAR outer hose is suitable for extremely harsh environment。
